I know that the Taoist Institute (N. Hollywood) offers an advanced class in Xing Yi, Bagua, and Liu He Ba Fa - you might give them a call. Sifu Carl is a well respected Master.

I'm not at all familiar with LA. This guy might be too far from you. His name is Tim Cartmell. I took Sun Taiji with one of his students. I only wish his student had learned Sun bagua from Tim.

There is a branch of the school I have studied ba gua at in sherman oaks. you wont learn ba gua right away, but rather at 1st black, but you learn traditional shao-lin kung fu, including animal styles, weapons styles, and internal styles, chi kung and meditation....pretty phenomenal, they have a website www.shaolinlosangeles.com this is probably not the most direct route to learning ba gua, but was the route i took...kinda...under a different instructor here in ABQ, but the lineage is the same. good luck finding what your looking for
